What it really costs
Most liquid limestone jobs land between $85 and $115 per m2 installed, incl. GST. Under about 20 m2 a $2,500 minimum job charge applies, and larger pours earn a better rate as fixed costs spread. Get your exact range in the estimator below.

Classic cream is the Perth standard. Tints run from soft white through deeper sand tones, and the surface can be lapped smooth or lightly textured for grip.

Care and resealing
Resealing
Reseal every 2 to 5 years. Pool surrounds sit at the shorter end because of chemicals and sun.
Day to day
Rinse pool chemical splashes rather than letting them sit. Day to day, a hose and a soft broom is all it needs.

What moves the number
The range assumes a typical Perth sand pad with straight access. These are what push a job to the top of it, or past it.
- What is under the surface. Rock or deep fill turns half a day of digging into two, and never shows from the street.
- Levels and drainage. A fall to build, or water that needs somewhere to go, is prep before any concrete turns up.
- Engineering and soil reports. Some builds need an engineered slab, specified by others and priced by others.
- Council crossover permits. The verge belongs to the council, and their paperwork sets that price, not us.

Does liquid limestone get hot in summer?
It stays noticeably cooler than dark pavers or plain grey concrete because the light colour reflects heat. In full January sun any surface warms up, but bare feet cope with limestone better than most.
Will it stain?
It's sealed at handover, which buys you time to wipe up spills. Rinse pool chemicals off rather than letting them dry, and keep the reseal schedule and it stays looking fresh.
What about hairline cracks?
Fine surface crazing can appear in any cement product as it cures. Mesh and properly cut control joints keep structural movement in the joints. We walk you through what's normal at handover.
Can you pour over existing paving?
Almost always the old surface comes out first so the new slab sits on compacted base at the right height. Tick the removal box in the estimator and the range covers it.
