Privacy policy

Flowform Pty Ltd ("Flow Form", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what happens to it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect what you type in the form: your name, suburb, phone number or email address, project details, and anything you write in the message. If you arrived from the estimator, the estimate range you saw travels with the enquiry so we can pick the conversation up where you left it.

The estimator itself runs entirely in your browser. Your finish, area and estimate are not sent anywhere unless you submit the quote form.

Our hosting is cookieless by default. We do not currently run any analytics on this site. If that changes we will use a privacy-preserving, aggregate service that does not identify you or follow you across the web, and we will say so here.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotes, and deliver the work you've asked about. We may text or email you about your own job. We do not run marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in to one, and we never sell your information.

Who touches it

When you submit the quote form, what you type is sent to Web3Forms, a form-handling service based in the United States, which passes it straight to our mailbox. That means the details you enter, including your name, contact details, suburb and anything you write in the message, are transferred and processed overseas. We use them only to get your enquiry to us. Our website is served by our hosting provider. Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy obligations, and we share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotes are kept while they're live and for our business records afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless a legal obligation (like tax records for completed work) requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email operations@flowform.au or call 0451 203 167 and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version lives at this address with a fresh date at the top.
